Other tire shops tried to steer me away from the Gladiator X Comp tires that I wanted, saying they would be so loud and beat me up on the highway that I would hate them. I had them installed at Southern Tire Mart (for an excellent price) and I LOVE the tires. They are quiet and smooth. These tires do not get enough credit in the industry. Also, the building and waiting room were very nice.

Had to make a quick pit stop here after getting a flat during our road trip, and I’m so glad we did. Cory and the older gentleman manager were incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. They immediately removed the tire of our Toyota 4Runner and carefully inspected it for leaks. They quickly found that the tire pressure gasket was leaking and might need to be replaced. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the specific part in stock, but they went out of their way to help by adding extra air to the tire and directing us to another nearby tire shop that could replace it. What really stood out was their honesty and kindness — they didn’t charge us anything for their time or help. We were in and out in about 10 minutes and back on the road. Huge thanks to Southern Tire Mart for the excellent customer service. We’re very grateful for their help!

I was stuck on the side of the road with a blown tire headed back to .Georgia. 6 mo.s pregnant and having my 4 y.o. son with me Brandon came to our rescue. There is nothing I can say that would be enough for what he did for us. He is truly a blessing in a time where I thought I was truly in a lot of trouble. This man truly is our savior today. Not only was he so helpful but he was Jonny on the spot and thank you so much to this man and the Southern Tire Mart company for there kindness and helping us get back on the road when I thought for sure we were stranded and unsure for how long. This company and Brandon are truly a of a million and we are so blessed to have had them come to our rescue today. May God bless this company and Brandon for their blessing today.
